Why would this decision be incredibly challenging for an individual? Why would this be incredibly challenging for the larger community?
This decision can be very challenging in many ways. It can be very challenging for an individual because it can be very different than what they are used to, and after being one religion for so long it can be hard to switch to a different one. It can also be hard for a larger community to switch religions in many of the same ways as that it is challenging for an individual to switch religions.
