What were the consequences to the church, and to the village, when they decided to give the missionaries land in the evil forest?
Many people thought that there would be many consequences of building the church in the evil forest. People thought that after four days in it they would all die, but nothing happened to them. The missionaries are not wanted where they are which is why they gave them that land. The Ibo gave them as much land as they wanted in the forest.
What are the cultural gains and losses to both the Ibo, and the colonial powers because of the decision to locate the church in the forest?
